​1. Refund Policy

​​

• Registration fee will be refunded only for the following circumstances:​

  • The application is rejected by Studio DL Sdn Bhd, or

  • The course is cancelled/ deferred by Studio DL Sdn Bhd

• Course fee (net of the non-refundable registration fee) will be refunded to applicants subject to terms and conditions stated in item 2 (Withdrawal Policy) below.​

2. Withdrawal Policy ​

​

• Applicants who wish to withdraw their application after payment MUST notify Studio DL Sdn Bhd in writing (via email or post).

• The notice to withdraw MUST reach Studio DL Sdn Bhd on or before application closing date. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

• There will be no refund of fees if a student withdraws/ is expelled from the course at any time during the course.

• All fees paid are not transferrable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Studio DL Sdn Bhd reserves the right to defer, cancel or not to commence any course published in our website.

4. Equipment and Materials

​​

• The course fee does not cover equipment and materials required for the course. Please refer to Course Requirement for the equipment needed. ​

• For Advanced studio classes, Studio DL Sdn Bhd will provide the necessary lighting equipment and studio space. 

 

5. Limited Liabilities 

​​

• Students are responsible for their personal safety, security and safekeeping of all their personal property while attending class or anywhere while carrying on activities in connection with the course.​

• Studio DL Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibilities for loss and damage of equipment or personal injury that might occur in classes or anywhere during the duration of students' enrolment in the course.

• Studio DL Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, amend and update course's contents, and/or change of location, duration, tutors or course fees at any time as deem necessary.

6. Rights to Use Class Materials for Publicity ​

• Studio DL Sdn Bhd reserves the right to photograph, video the students during class, to use students' work, photographs or video of students, their work, and other class related materials for purposes such as publicising the course and showcasing students' and course's accomplishments.

7. Studio DL Sdn Bhd reserves the right to expel students who are disruptive or/and have poor attendance rate. ​

8. Studio DL Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change all terms and conditions stated herein at its sole discretion.

9. All rights reserved. No part of the course may be copied, reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording or other electronic means without consent of Studio DL Sdn Bhd.
